Terms and conditions of use

The following general terms and conditions apply to our holiday finca casas-finca-pino-gordo.com.

The following terms and conditions serve to inform our guests about their rights and obligations. Please read these carefully before making a booking. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
By booking you agree to our terms and conditions. The booking is complete when we have received your payment of the total amount.
If you cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival, we will refund the amount paid.
There will be no refund for cancellations from the second week before arrival.
There will be no refund for cancellations from the third week before arrival.
Rebooking to other travel dates is possible at any time if there are free casas, but please cancel the reserved booking.
The €80 for final cleaning is added to and included in the invoice.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Children up to 10 years free.

Dogs don't cost anything extra, pools are not allowed, we ask dog owners to collect their leftovers.
Linen change takes place every week, bed linen/towels/kitchen towels
The electric gate to the entrance must always be closed after use (remote control).
All casas are non-smoking apartments.
The entire finca cannot be booked or used for parties.
Due to the stairs and natural stone paths, the area is not suitable for wheelchairs.
The finca is also rather unsuitable for small children because of the stairs and corners as well as the unguarded pool. Parents are responsible for their children.
Use of washing machine and dryer €5 each.
Free WIFI is in every casa.
The outside area of the finca is illuminated at night by sensors in the residential units and the parking lot.
