Buchungsablauf

​

• The rental is year-round and the price remains unchanged.

          Arrival day: by arrangement.

• Arrival time not before 2 p.m./departure time by arrangement.

• Minimum stay: 5 nights.

• All residential units are non-smoking apartments.

• Rebooking to other travel dates is possible at any time if there are free casas, but please cancel the reserved booking.

• There is free WIFI in all apartments.

• The electric sliding gate to the entrance can always be closed again immediately (with remote control).

• Washing machines and dryers can be used for a fee of €5 each.

• Long-term rentals are also possible up to two months upon request and special prices.

• Booking of all three casas for family gatherings is also possible upon request

• The prices apply per holiday apartment for an occupancy of up to 2 people.

• A third person costs €10 more per night.

• Children up to 10 years free of charge, after that they must be booked as a third person.

• The final cleaning is €80 and is added to the occupancy price.

• Dogs don't cost anything extra.

• Parking spaces are free.

• WiFi free of charge, each casa has its own network.

Payment Process

 

• 80% of the total amount must be transferred. The transfer account is only displayed during the booking process for security reasons.

• Rebooking to other travel dates is possible at any time if there are free casas, but please cancel the reserved booking.

• 20% of the total amount plus the €80 final cleaning must be paid in cash directly upon arrival.

 

• Cancellations: free of charge until the third week before arrival. Amounts paid will be transferred back. After that, no more refunds.
